Cali with volunteer and friend, Jess, at the Global Mamas store in Osu.

Description: Cali visited all of the Global Mamas locations in Ghana and assisted with accounting and business analysis in Accra.

Achievements: Cali assisted WIP in many areas:
  • 2011 accounting for four GM locations in Ghana
  • Business analysis relating to accounting, volunteer numbers, HR, annual reports, and costing and pricing
  • Teaching seamstresses in Prampram new stitches and Christmas ornament patterns
 Highlights: Cali assisted Renae wrapping the accounting reports during the first two weeks of January, which made it possible to analyze 2011 numbers and transition into costing and pricing for the 2012 product line. Cali was excited to teach seamstresses in Prampram new stitches that they had never used.
