Description: WIP and Global Mamas expanded rapidly throughout 2006 and 2007, achieving year-on-year increases in sales of its hand-crafted products to the USA and other international markets. As a consequence, WIP identified the need for expert assistance in refining its production processes to meet the increased customer demand.

Achievements: Chris assisted WIP by analyzing and identifying areas of improvement, including the following:
  • Mapping the process flow of the production from start to finish in a document that can be applied or manipulated in any context or location.
  • Suggesting recommendations for the office layout to better facilitate efficient production.
  • Mapping the organizational structure to reflect the rapid changes taking place within the organization.
  • Suggesting performance evaluation procedures for WIP staff.
  • Developing a document which captured all this information in an easy-to-follow format.
 Highlights: Chris will never forget the "Ghana bombs".
